Job Description
- Plans, organizes, controls and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT systems by partnering with IT solutions provider, monitoring and appraising their performance for maximum benefit to CBI.
- Designs, develops, implements and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems
- Acts in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Preserves assets, information security and control structures
- Analyses, designs and implements all major business systems, including integrated application and databases, e-mail management and web management.
- Manages tasks, projects and processes of a technical nature relating to server operations and system management. Identifies problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Develops and monitors annual operating budget for equipment, software, personnel, and other expenses required in maintaining information needs.
- Manages the support, maintenance and installation of internal hardware, software, and telecommunication services.
- Maintains network infrastructure, including Internet access, hardware and software monitoring and remote network connectivity.
- Provides management and develop training plans for IT support staff. Serve as an effective liaison between IT and other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge & skills of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Systems Analys and Design, Project Management, Systems Development
- At least 5 years of experience IT Systems planning and implementation. Experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. A proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
