Job Description
- Facilitates trainings on disaster risk reduction and management including periodical drills in coordination with relevant government offices.
- Plans / Formulates programs for health & safety of employees, company buildings and other facilities.
- Monitors the health compliance and programs (including canteens) and makes sure that the details of the programsare complied with.
- Assures compliance with the BWC –DOLE and OSHA policies on health and safety mandates. Creates relevant reports to be submitted to the said agencies.
- Maintains and facilitates clinic management making sure that all health concerns of all employees are assessed and attended to. Maintains all medical records of employees and concerned personnel.
- Mans the clinic and other needed medical activities and attends to personnel's immediate concerns which includes safety & health advising.
- Gives full assistance to office management and other admin concerns of the Human Resources Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Computer Skills.
- Occupational Safety & Health trained (BOSH) preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
