Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and well-organized Executive Assistants with exceptional planning skills to provide high-level administrative support for the company, its top executives and internal and external customers.
The goal is to effectively coordinate with the executives and internal and external customers. Handling and scheduling day-to-day operations of the department where he/she is assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but those with experience are preferred.
- Above average College grades.
- Above average eye for detail in organizing and encoding files and documents.
- Strong systematic planning skills.
- A good command in English both verbal and written is required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize projects.
