Must be a Full Stack Developer

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Understanding of Test-driven development (TDD)
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Be able to work independently and can collaborate with a team
• Web development knowledge:
  • Optimising: Able to identify parts of an application/code base where optimising is required and propose changes.
  • Databases: Understanding of relational vs non-relational databases, especially MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Networking: Knowledge of how data flows between browsers/mobile devices to servers and vice-versa.
  • Systems: Knowledge of shell scripting, crontab management and Unix. Able to jump into a server and investigate issues.
• Be able to effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical people alike.
