Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the production, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their assigned portfolio of projects. There is a strong emphasis on ensuring that all your tasks are completed accurately, on time, within budget and to the appropriate standard.

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent
- 5 years plus of working experience in related field is required
- Must be attentive to details. Focus on computer work
- Strong numeracy and financial management skills
- Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people
- A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software
- With good attitude, show initiative and driven
- Ability to work independently and can collaborate with a team
- Must have an excellent communication skills
