Job Description
- Frequently communicates with Project Manager.
- Reviews and interprets documentation ‘mark-ups’ by Project Manager and update of Revit model.
- Documents projects at all stages of the architectural project.
- Provides Revit models & documentation at various stages of Architectural projects.
- Provides technical feedback on the Revit models and documentation processes.
- Liaises with Project Manager regarding the status of Revit models and documentation.
- Apply, manage, & maintains project Revit documentation standards; including folder systems, template files, libraries, project workspace files.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be highly proficient in Revit 2017 and AutoCAD
- Must have commercial experience working in Australian projects.
- Background in construction and documentation terminologies and common abbreviations.
- Ability to manage time against extensive project time programs to meet
- deadlines for document delivery.
- Experience working remotely is an advantage.
- Ability to problem solve and self-manage.
- Experience with medium to large scale commercial work, Warehouses, Factories, Office Blocks and including large-scale detailing.
- Experience with large drawings sets (30+ sheets)
