Job Description
- Checking to make sure paperwork is all correct before processing.
- Proofreading advertisements and marketing materials, putting listings in a cloud-based system thru data entry.
- Uploading attachments to the property suite listing when they come through from the salespeople and reports via email using Acrobat.
- Layout advertising includes creating brochures in this same system and creating a web in Lee’s web book system (uploading the pictures and cut and pasting the text).
- Creating contracts and Ordering gift baskets.
- Customer survey letters and emails, plus follow-up and creation of spreadsheets to show responses results.
- Producing Pre-Appraisal Letters for the salespeople.
- Creating or altering existing systems and documenting the changes to the process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 5-years strong mid to high-level Administrator experience
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- Spelling and proofreading
- Data input accuracy
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Must be able to touch type
- Use of Microsoft Word, word processing, mail merging, use of shortcuts to increase speed
- Microsoft Excel, creation of spreadsheets and graphs, updating graphs and manipulating them
- Mathematics skills, working on percentages accuracy
- Ability to create and manipulate basic PDF
- Fast learner and self-motivated and must be keen to details.
- Team leadership and training skills
- Must have experience working in BPO Industry
