Job Description
- Manages all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function
- Ensure compliance with all local norms tax reporting, preparation, and filing of VAT and Tax
- Preparation of work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
- Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger and keep manual book of accounts up to date
- Ensure compliance with all government and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of cash flow, break-even analysis, financial ratios and cash requirement schedules
- In-charged in payroll preparation and ensure accurate payout to employees
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational cost
- Ensures timely sending of invoices to clients and maintains accurate records and control reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Must have 5+ years accounting experience in payroll processing, financial analysis, budgeting, costing, forecasting.
- Experience in invoicing clients (knowledge in using Xero accounting software is an advantage)
- Must we well versed in Philippine tax laws and government filing and payment due dates
- Capacity of work under pressure and to mee deadlines
- Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
