Job Description
- Supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions 2009 - current
- Offering help desk support to our clients
- Management of support responses and client liaison to ensure support SLA’s are
- maintained and customer satisfaction is ensured
- Monitoring the Support mailbox and maintaining support cases
As applicable:
- Remote training of end users to help educate them where they are having trouble
- Test and debug software updates before releasing into production environment
- Document release notes and changes in Communications Bulletins
- Provide backup to the field staff and assist with project work in conjunction with the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated extensive experience in support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV application and
- associated applications (Jet Reports; Power BI etc)
- Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written documentation skills
- Excellent time management and time recording skills
- The ability to work independently as well as being part of the team.
- Experience with end user training
- Experience with Technical document writing
- Relevant IT qualifications
- Flexible hands-on work attitude.
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to teach others processes and procedures
- Docs-To-Help Experience would be highly regarded
