Job Description
- Manage day to day operations and overseing corporate merchandise platform- Mysite. This platform is designed for corporate clients to order their merchandise in items on stock or items that are made to order.
- This person will be responsible for overseeing around 20-30 orders per day.
- Each orders need to be personally managed and communicated with the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- With 1-2 years experience working with Shopify
- Experience in Unleashed Inventory Software is a bonus
- Experience in using Hubspot is nice to have.
- Established experience in admin and customer services
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be a team player and has an excellent work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills; a good eye for detail and has strong communication skills.
