Job Description
- Supports NetSuite customers and Field Consultants to document and validate their business requirements, and maps them to NetSuite functionality.
- Works with the customer/ consultant to configure the NetSuite application to meet their business needs.
- Conducts sessions with the customer/Consultant over the phone, and provides status on progress of activities and deliverables.
- Provides customers with ongoing consulting and support and be a 'go-to' person for specific functional areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- 3+ years experience in application systems consulting for a Software Vendor/VAR.
- Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce.
- Experience of NetSuite ERP, CRM and System Administration.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products.
- Industry knowledge of any of Software/Services/Wholesale Distribution/Retail.
- Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM Solution
- Must be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision.
- Excellent ability to interface with clients.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for one's own work and professional career development.
- Willingness to learn and apply company's best practices.
- Knowledge in Suite Flow and essentials are nice to have.
