Job Description
- Work closely with lead consultants with system implementations & projects;
- Ensure that all timesheet entry is properly submitted;
- Ensure all phone correspondence is followed up with an email;
- Develop & maintain an AlphaBiz implementation process/migration checklist and assist your lead consultant and developer in automating the configuration and migration of a new system implementation;
- Consult with clients on their ERP, Finance, Payroll and related systems;
- 1st & 2nd level helpdesk support;
- Coordinate and test ERP upgrades;
- Diagnose and resolve problems with systems we support;
- Escalate unresolved issue to onsite support consultants;
- Develop reports and software as required;
- Train and provide guidance to Clients on the use of software and systems;
- Maintain internal systems with all relevant information about work in progress and completed work for clients;
- Attend to and maintain your appointments in your calendar;
- Daily check your emails for requests or information from clients & other employees;
- Identify clients additional software, report and training needs;
- Maintain certification on standard product range;
- Continue to learn new modules, 3rd party systems and custom software as required;
- Other duties as advised from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Business knowledge across different industries.
- 3 year's customer support and/or consulting experience with similar products in previous roles.
- Knowledge in ERP systems & processes in Job Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management & CRM would be desirable.
- Experience in MYOB Advanced, MYOB Exo would be desirable.
- Sound understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) best practises.
