Job Description
Tech Lead is responsible for making sure the development of the product is running smoothly. Ideally, Tech Load will have a good amount of experience in backend development (C# .NET) as well as a good understanding of Frontend, DevOps and the overall software cycle. It is important that any candidate have a strong interest and ability in leadership and staff management alongside the expected technical skills.
- Delivery customer outcomes in line with the Statement of Work
- Track record of delivering feature development from the start of design to production launch
- Good understanding of SASS products and what goes on behind the scenes.
- Strong detail and procedural orientation combined with the ability to maintain a strategic overview
- You are comfortable with gathering requirements and developing specifications with the product owners.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate.

- High-level ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing with developers, project managers, and product owners
- Nurture the supportive and innovative developer culture by providing creative ideas, leadership and mentoring.
Minimum Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of leading a team
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience preferaby in .NET Framework (C#).
- Have a good understanding of the below areas
- DevOps
- Agile Project Delivery Methodology
- REST API
- Angular JS
- General Frontend skills
- Possess a keen eye and an appreciation and interest for product design, UX, and usability;
- Enjoy leading and mentoring a team of software developers and testers
- Excellent communication with developers, project managers, and product owners via Email, chat, and face to face meetings
- Experience and knowledge of agile development principles, practices and related tools & technologies, e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps
Good to have
- Have an interest and ability to learn other coding languages and technologies, as needed;
- Have experience with cloud development and deployment
