Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the contacts database
- Add & remove subscribers from lists
- Maintain distributor and other customer lists
- Manage bounced emails
- Collate data for the post-delivery follow up calls and input into the spreadsheet
- Compile weekly internal newsletter
- Update price policies & price update spreadsheets as required
- Enter orders as required when the CSRO is on leave or needs support
- Create the daily sales management report when CSRO is on leave
- Manage company email inboxes, filter emails, and manage spam emails when CSRO is on leave
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to details
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Experience using MS Office suite
- Experience using HubSpot is not required but would be an advantage
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be amenable to work onsite: 3/F Onael Building, Don Gil Garcia Street, Capitol Site, Cebu City
