Job Description
- Supporting a team or mortgage brokers in New Zealand
- Data Entry
- CRM management
- Administrative tasks
- Completing template-based email communications
- Liaising with the banks
- Monitoring the flow of the loan applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years plus experience working in banking, finance, mortgage/Lending industry
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- A strong understanding of NZ and/ or Australia lending market
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent eye for detail to ensure that data entry is done accurately and efficiently
- Has excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Resourceful with effective time management skills.
- Flexible attitude towards work and adaptable to understand the needs of a young company.
- Can easily adapt to both small and large updates to familiar processes.
- Takes initiative to look out for common requirements that aren't always pointed out within processes.
- Familiar on Gmail and Google docs
- Excellent English both written and oral
