Quality Assurance Analyst

You will support the Head of Product and the development teams by ensuring the solutions we build are top quality.

• Planning and writing test plans, cases and scenarios for web and mobile applications for both functional and non-functional tests.
• Executing, documenting and communicating test results using project management software.
• You will manage end-to-end software testing lifecycle from planning to sign-off.
• You will provide monthly updates to the Head of Product project status.
• Analyse and investigate reported quality issues from customers to ensure closure.

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in software testing.
• Great communication skills including being able to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with others in the team.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret business requirements, resolve application testing defects/bugs/problems, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused and high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
• Experience in using both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Hands on, responsive, can-do attitude.
• Ambitious, aptitude for learning and developing in the role.
• Experience or knowledge in test automation is beneficial.
