• 3 + years of experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube and snapchat - This will eventually include booking
• TV advertisements(Experience not required)
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Setup social media accounts (When required
• Setup of tag manager and google analytics (When Required).
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge of social media analytics & problem solving
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills - Speaks and writes fluently in English
• Client facing personality with the confidence too reach out to current/new clients
• Experience with remarketing/custom audiences
