We are looking for a full stack developer to lead a newly established small development team.
We have a number of web and integration projects that need someone smart to bring them to life.
We need a developer with great skills and vision, someone who can use their experience to work out the best technologies and approaches to completing projects. We don’t want someone who will just do what they are told, we want your creativity, energy, and spark to bring the company projects to life in new and modern ways to add massive value to the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven cross-platform experience with front-end and back-end development
- Modern Web development experience
- You must be a hands-on developer and not just a manager of people, you will lead a team as the lead developer.
- Good experience in developing products to meet online security requirements
- Lead a team - we will grow this team (by 2 more developers and a designer) and you get to decide who you hire with what skills.
- A good understanding of user flows
- A keen eye for details
- Great communication, time management, teamwork, and technical skills.
