Job Description
- Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity
- Responsible for guiding the team through day to day workload and priorities
- Mentor each recruiter across the recruitment life cycle in line with the expectations, goals and targets of the company against the department's deliverables and KPI's
- Ensure the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by excellence in customer service without compromise
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the recruiters to deliver high-quality endorsements and candidates
- Responsible for sending Candidate Endorsements to the clients
- Coordinate the interview schedule to the recruiters
- Will handle the coordination of the interview with the clients and send the calendar invite
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the industry in terms of salary ranges and best practices
- Monitor all the job boards and social networking sites are up to date with the latest campaigns and opportunities
- Handles the Refer and Be rewarded program of the company in terms of posting and sending emails to the employees
- Conduct a full spectrum of recruitment from research, sourcing, interviews, negotiation and job offer
- Ensuring that all recruitment initiatives are continuously implemented and monitored
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Has the ability to quickly adapt to in a fast-paced and result-oriented setting
- Strategic thinker that is detail-oriented, able to forecast needs and plan accordingly to meet hiring demands
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience in Client Management is nice to have
