Senior Telesales  

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to lead the charge in generating sales. You will be on the hook for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

As an effective telesales representative; you'll be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You'll be totally comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and queries when required.

You will be responsible for:

• Closing sales deals over the phone
• Maintaining superior customer relationships
• Answering all the questions about our services
• Asking strong questions to understand & determine customer requirements and close sales
• Promptly enter and update customer information in our database and CRM with critical precision
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances
• Go the extra mile to exceed sales targets and facilitate all opportunities for future sales
• Maintain and keep records of calls and sales, always taking note of information useful to the client
• Report any and all technical issues that may prevent you from carrying out your duties to our tech team
• Document new operation processes as they arise
• Assist in potential onboarding of new staff
• Assist in month end reporting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, refine and document the most effective ways to action role responsibilities
• Assist management in designing and maintaining a detailed and effective onboarding process for future staff
• Provide ongoing support to your peers
• Depending on workload - the ability to work additional hours outside of Mon/Fri

You'll help the company grow by bringing in customers and refining business processes to ensure that the operation runs autonomously

To be successful in this role:

• Have proven experience in telesales or other similar sales/customer service roles
• Be able to demonstrate and prove your track record of successfully exceeding sales quota preferably over the phone
• Intermediate knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software eg Freshsales) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about new products and services.
• Effectively communicate information in an easily digestible way
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Strong ability to handle and calm potentially irate customers
