Administration

• Manage the life cycle of clients that are signed on board, through working with them to be booked in to speak with appropriate people through the sales process
• Ensure that the booked clients have all relevant information for their training program
• Ensure that the booked clients will come to the training or escalated for the appropriate person to manage
• Invoicing and collection
• Update and maintain information on company databases
• Provide information that is getting through the batch of emails and solve what can be done

Marketing Duties

• Marketing lead for the company
• Create an initial plan to support the company to build a marketing presence and create lead generation
• Leverage the internal resources that the company has to be the Social Media's Leading Training company
• Social Media Marketing
• Posting on the social media sites, LinkedIn and Facebook, sharing content and filtering the audience to ensure the correct audience sees the posts. Generate leads Tech savvy person.
• Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information

Customer Service

• Event Registration, Data Entry
• Provide the customers with the information to address inquiries regarding the company’s services

Qualifications

• With a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Someone that has worked in hospitality, events, chamber organizations
• Fast learner that can work in a face paced environment
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Preferably some experience in Marketing through Social Media to generate new leads or a tech-savvy person that can pick things up and has an interest in this space.
• A mix of creativity and analytical abilities
• Must be computer savvy
• Must be very customer service focused
• Wants to take on more responsibility
• Is able to do the hard jobs and get them done
