Job Description
Summary of the Role:
· Be part of a dynamic team in establishing and growing Cloud Logic’s eCommerce distribution services and marketplace operations
· Responsible for Brand Development and eCommerce Channel Strategy, this includes – Onboarding and Launch Coordination, Content Management, Promotion and Campaign Management, Inventory and Operations Management, Reporting and Performance Review
· Reporting to the Director of Sales and the Head of Marketplace, the Marketplace - Account Manager, must work closely with the Brand/distributor while liaising with Marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee, among others
The role is business-focused, basic knowledge and experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, distribution models and Brand management would be an advantage
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Launch Coordination
Account onboarding and incubation, collection of requirements, managing launch plan
Consultation on content creation, product assortment and bundling, product naming convention, pricing and channel strategy
Content Management
SKU and bundle set creation, product content upload and product categorization
Marketing asset management: banners, feed content, social content (consultation) and other campaign material
Shop-in-Shop/online store merchandising
Promotion and Campaign Management
Coordination between Brand and Marketplace on promotional and campaign calendar
Implementation of promotional activity calendar and special events – coordinating with the Brand for campaign pages and required assets
Uploading and implementing deals, discounts and other marketplace/campaign initiatives
Inventory and Operations Management
Coordination on transfer orders and inbounding of stocks
Planning with Brand on inventory allocation on channels
Operations and fulfillment monitoring
Reporting and Performance Review
Monthly or quarterly business review - building basic reports on sales (GMV), orders and items, inventory
Recommend performance improvement and growth initiatives for the covered Brands
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
- High-energy with sound business acumen and problem solving skills
- Strong sales and technical aptitude and a desire to work in channels, emerging technologies and startups
- Experience in managing Brands or Key Accounts, negotiate partnerships and conditions, define and follow through on deliverables
- Strong people and communication skills – ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
- Self-driven, can take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional teams
