Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor schedules and forecast statistics regularly to ensure proper staffing coverage and make personnel changes to support the changes in the business needs (short and long term)
- Periodic intraday monitoring of actual versus projected class count, shrinkage and coverage and other relevant planning parameters
- Communicate and adjust staffing levels as necessary to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Track, forecast and report class volumes and performance metrics.
- Partner with assistant shift managers and team leaders to coordinate time off requests for team members
- Maintain staff resource management database using workforce management software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should be a bachelor degree holder
- Should be excellent in both oral and written English
- Should have expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words and Google Sheets & Google Docs.
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in scheduling, capacity planning and forecasting or any related field
- Must be a good team player and willing to work with different levels of the organization
- Willing to work in extended hours, holidays & weekends if necessary
