Job Description

As a Digital Account Executive, you'll be focused on supporting smaller customers in a digital sales motion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, and closing sales. In this role you'll also need to effectively manage your sales pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The Role

  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and accurate reporting of sales activity in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of our solutions and the market to effectively position our offerings to customers
  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize target customers in specific verticals
  • Utilize various digital sales channels, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads and establish relationships with customers
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively

  • Ability to engage, network, and build strong relationships with a diverse and global customer base across various communication channels.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems preferred

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a bonus
