Job Description
- Oversees whole recruitment process, from interviews to job offers.
- Handles employee concerns and deals with administrative matters.
- Ensures code of conduct policy is always implemented.
- Works directly under the HR Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Human Resources
- 3-5 years’ exposure to HR policies and processes
- Highly knowledgeable with end-to-end recruitment process, labor laws, regulations, and grievance processes
- Knowledgeable in policies and procedures formulation, auditing and documentation
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Compensation and benefits design
- Knowledgeable in Worksheet processing
- Knowledgeable in Organization development tools
- Good interpersonal skills, influential, and can persuade others
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to act as a strong model
- Has keen eye to details, analytical, and creative in problem-solving
