Job Description

Below are the key tasks and responsibilities of a Sales Support Administrator

  • Creating, sending, and following up engagement agreements
  • Generating deposit requests and invoices to clients
  • Following up payment on deposits and invoices
  • Monitoring work in progress reports to keep work on schedule
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the team
  • Providing a high level of service to clients.

Clear is seeking an allrounder Sales Support Administrator to work with our client, a leading Australian firm that provides professional migration services to businesses and individuals for their Australia Visa application. Our client is an experienced provider dedicated to establishing long-term and authentic working relationships with client firms, providing competent and trustworthy professional services.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Customer Service or Administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc.)
  • Experience working in labour hire firms or Australian agency firms
  • Experience processing visa, passport, and other immigration related credentials


  • Experience in payroll and bookkeeping
  • Has exposure or knowledgeable in Australian business culture
  • At least 1-year call handling experience
  • Knowledgeable in Australian immigration processes or a related role

  • Reliable and with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among competing priorities and demands
  • Accuracy in all things with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • A client-first attitude to uphold the high standards of customer service

The Sales Support Administrator role is a challenging role that requires a professional who is self-motivated, proactive, has a flexible approach toward work, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. The focus of the role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the team to complete several tasks that enable the business to function effectively. This role would suit a highly efficient and organised individual who enjoys taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
