Job Description

ROLE

Your role is to assist our Australia-based client by providing a broad range of administrative tasks.

OPPORTUNITY

CLEAR is an Australian-focused, rapidly growing services business, where administrative services are at the centre of business growth.

As CLEAR’s Admin Specialist, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Organise the client’s emails and calendar
  • Prepare and send out correspondence on client's behalf
  • Maintain the client’s filing system
  • Be entrusted with client’s administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 6 months call handling/BPO experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Experience using different CRM systems – an advantage
  • Previous exposure to Australian clients – an advantage

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Technologically adept
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mature disposition
