Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executes the strategic plans crafted by management and carries out occasional special projects as deemed necessary by the Office of the President;
  • Develops and implements the Sales Plans/Strategies for the assigned market, ensuring that growth, profit and inventory targets are at their optimal levels;
  • Monitors the performance and the development of the Account Executives and provides the necessary support to better equip them in meeting their targets;
  • Supervises Team Leaders and ensures that their respective account assignments are managed and kept within the defined standards set and approved by upper management (display area, manner of selling, profitability considerations, etc.);
  • Keenly monitors collection and aging of accounts-ensures timely and accurate collection in accordance with the particular account's credit terms and conditions;
  • Checks logistical efficiencies, product returns and back-loading of items and helps the Sales Admin Manager in ensuring that operational efficiencies are maintained at its approved level;
  • Develops sales feedback mechanism by way of reports and correspondences to ensure immediate response to the customer and/or timely action of the concerned department;
  • Consolidates and provides the PMMD head with the sales team's perspective/observation of store activities (brands/store initiated promotions, promotions of competitors, renovations etc.), which are deemed essential in the development or recalibration of PMMD's marketing programs;
  • Spearheads the sales team in properly implementing all marketing programs as planned and directed by PMMD and approved by VP for Commercial Sales and Marketing;
  • Manages commercial sales' customer database and make necessary recommendations for the welfare of the company, if not for the common good of the customer and the company, to the VP for Commercial Sales and Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any related courses;
  • With extensive background in Sales and can effectively handle people under his supervision;
  • Team player can work with all levels of organization and is able to handle pressure;
  • Willing to work beyond office hours when required and can accept out - of - town assignments to attend business reviews, meetings etc.
  • Can accept a work schedule of Monday - Saturdays
  • Willing to work in Sauyo Road Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue)
