Job Description
- Encodes Sales & Purchases manually.
- Monitors and processes payments and dues to various suppliers.
- Monitors and processes all company/mandated benefits such as BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHIC.
- Checks Sales, purchases and inventory reports submitted by store.
- Prepares the following:
- Monthly reports such as cash flow statements, and sales report.
- Bank reconcialiation statement
- Monthly reports such as statement of financial position and operation results also do Payroll.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy and BSBA Major in Accounting
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the field.
- Proficient in various MS Office applications esp. MS Excel
- Possess strong but pleasing personality
- Analytical, fast learner and has integrity beyond reproach
- Can work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Sauyo Rd. Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue)
