Job Description
- Present new items/samples to SM HW, OH, SM Hyper. Ensures that items that are presented are complete and in good condition. Approved items/sku. qty. and delivery schedule must be coordinated with the sales manager and other concerned dept. (PMMD/Sales Admin)
- Prepares report on competitors about new items, price, promotion and other competitive activities. Report must be submitted once a month
- Prepares post promo/event analysis report for megatrade, 3 day sale or special sale initiated by OH, HW, and Hyper and ClC initiated promotion. Report must be submitted with one week after the event.
- Regularly discuss and disseminate information to promodisers on new items, promotions, and other pertinent information necessary for the achievement of sales target. Ie: new items, promotion, pull-out, damages, inventory monitoring.
- Conduct monthly sales review with the sales team and quarterly business review with the key accounts.
- Regularly conduct weekly consultation/meeting with merchandise managers of Homeworld, Our Home and SM Hyper.
- Monitor inventory of SM exclusive sku's both in the stores and at the CLC warehouse and recommends necessary action on all identified slow or non-movings items.
- Monitors compliance with prescribed display of items and promo collaterals. Ensures items/accessories are complete and clean and has no damages/defects while on display/kept.
- Ensures and follow-up regular release of P.O.'s for new items, re-orders, items for clearance sale/promo with SM buyers and regularly updates the sales manager & VP Sales & Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Marketing Management or any business related course.
- Must have 1-year experience in sales.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Convincing negotiation skills.
- Excellent in communication skills, both oral or written.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to render extended working hours when necessary.
- Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue).
