Job Description
- Prepares and proposes ad designs as required on a particular project or as stated in the Job Order.
- Proposes new marketing collaterals that will complement a particular product or display area.
- Prepares all documents required to purchase and execute a particular project or Job Order
- Coordinates with Sales Team and Brand Management Group to ensure that all marketing ads remain consistent with the company and its customers' direction
- Assists in communicating with the supplier/s, if needed
- Checks and recommends the approval of printed ad samples submitted by the supplier/s
- Ensures that all printed ad materials are within the acceptable quality of the Department.
- Prepares and submits Marketing Expense Report of all accomplished projects and job orders
- Maintains and manages an Image Library/Archive of all proposed and approved ad designs
- Performs other Marketing Communications Group's related-tasks, whether connected to Commercial Sales or not, as directed by the PMMD or Commercial Sales Division Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Information Technology, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Multimedia or any related course.
- Excellent in IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing
- Must be creative and innovative
- Attention to details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work in Sauyo Road (near Mindanao Avenue)
