Job Description
- On-time and accurate processing of Sales Quotations and Cost Analysis and maintenance of files regarding the same.
- Coordinates with Design Department and AE concerned details and matters related to qoutation processing
- Maintenance and filing of hard copies of costing and updating the same in pricelist dat
- Attends to client telephone call inquiry related to submitted quotation in the absence of Account Executive in-charge
- Maintains record and transmittal of all incoming fax and assist in incoming email of clients
- Adherence to company rules and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Particularly graduate of any Business related courses
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has at least 1-year experience in corporate sales
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
