- Attends all agency and client’s presentation, bidding, briefing, feasibility, pre-production, Director’s check, offline and online presentation, and dub release.
- Creates cost proposal/quotation for awarded projects.
- Sustains good rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Effectively manages timetable for every project.
- Relaying client/producer concerns to director and production team.
- Handling budget/feasibility concerns, billings, and talent fees.
- File all project documents.
- Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
- Responsible in delivering the project/campaign at a given time.
- Checking the edit before sending it out to the producer/agency.
- Making sure that there is always a Director’s check and it is addressed before presentation begins.
- Providing food and transportation to the agency/client when there is a presentation.
- Coordinate with the team production staff and suppliers.
- Close coordination with the Production Manager for all the shoot concerns.
- Manage all project meetings such agency briefing, feasibility, and pre-production meeting (PPM).
- Making sure that everything is all set before the shoot.
- Manage production budget.
- Completes liquidation for every finished project.
- Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing ro any related course.
- 2-3 years of professional work experience in the same field.
- Organized and keen on details.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
