Store Manager  

The Store Manager is responsible for the attainment of set store targets by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence in accordance with the established company policies, procedures and standards.

Developing Objectives​​​​​​​

• Present and previous store performance is taken into consideration in formulating proposed annual plans, which are submitted to the Area Manager.
• Approved plans are communicated to all store personnel before the end of the year.

Programming and scheduling

• Specific action plans are developed with direct subordinates based on strategic direction of the company.
• Quarterly and monthly activities in the store are implemented according to schedule and expectations.

Budgeting​​​​​​​

• Budget for operation of the store is submitted for approval taking into consideration previous operating expenses and sales targets for the store budget.

Administering policies and procedures

• Supervision of store operations and personnel is done in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Decision making

• Decisions are made in a timely manner and according to approved authority.
• Decisions requiring approval of or consultation with superiors are made accordingly.

Communication

• Directions, policies and procedures are explained to all store personnel.
• Daily briefings are done before store opening to clarify expectations for the day and resolved issues of previous day.
• A log book is maintained to ensure efficient transition between shifts and to record incidents or store activities which require attention.
• Required reports and updates are submitted to Area Manager as expected.
• Operations Meeting (Business Review) with the Operations Manager and other managers are attended as scheduled.

• Prescribed safety and security measures are followed during opening, operation and closing of store.

• Must be a college graduate
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in English for dealing
• with customers;
• Must have good physical appearance and pleasing personality;
• Must be well-organized and neat so that store always looks
• presentable;
• Strong attention to details and always alert;
• Preferably with 1 year work experience in related field.
