Operations Compliance Manager  

The Operations Compliance Manager oversees the Operations Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective manager that reviews and evaluates compliance issues or concerns within the store operations. The position ensures the management and the employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations set by Operations that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the store organization meets the Company’s Standards of Conduct:

• Conduct period internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
• Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the operations department informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
• Collaborates with other departments (e.g. Training, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Institutes and maintains communication program for the stores, including promoting (a) use of the Compliance Hotline; (b) heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct; (c) understanding new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
• Monitors and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities from other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
• Develops, reviews and updates standards of store management tools (SMT) to ensure continuing efficiency and relevance in providing guidance to store management and employees.
• Monitors the performance of operations compliance program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
• Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of Compliance Program and its related activities.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops or implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
• Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues or concerns within the store operations are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

• College Graduate;
• At least 3 years of experience in maintaining compliance with critical customer standards of QSCV;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
