Job Description
- Monitors, reviews, and evaluates all personnel policies and practices of the organization, to ensure compliance with the company code of conduct and the Philippine Laws.
- Advises managers, supervisors, and RNF's, of their rights and obligations in personnel matters, and employee evaluations.
- Conducts investigations related to disciplinary matters involving employees.
- Responds to employee complaints.
- Provides advice and guidance regarding discipline, grievances, and leave guidlines of employees.
- Coordinates and facilitates the grievance procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Psychology, Education/ Teaching/ Training, Public Administration, Laws, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of working experience in employee discipline.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to do the following:
- Communicate in English and Filipino.
- Handle confidential cases.
- Excellent writing skills.
