Job Description
- Maintain the network infrastracture and security.
- Maintain integrity of the database and official store applications used.
- Provide tech support and give orientation where necessary.
- Coordinate with I.T. and program suppliers.
- Perform routine maintenance such as troubleshooting errors, doing backups, etc.
- Routinely oversee correct usage by staff of applications and processes.
- Help plan out IT needs for the retail division.
- Oversee project implementation and upkeep of other IT related issues instore scuh as CCTV.
- Supervise staff of Programmers and Technicians.
- Move the I.T. objectives of the company forward.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a High School diploma or a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS.
- At least with the following experience:
- 4 years in a similar field.
- 4 years specializing in IT or MIS.
- Supervising 3 subordinates.
- Work knowledge in MS Access is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable of P.O.S. programs is a big advantage.
- Skilled in Networking LAN, hardware troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Required languages: English and Filipino.
- Willing to work in Tarlac City.
