Business Process Manager  

Oversee and ensure the following:

• Efficient and effective On-the-Job Training Event Planning
• On-time completion of New-in-Position Plans for new hires and job-movers
• One-to-One developmental meetings between hourly employees and their managers
• Full utilization of the Skills Acquisition Process
• Adherence to all scheduled training (on-the-job and classroom)
• Compliance to Training Budget for all departments
• Adoption of all Good Operating Practices for Learning and Development
• Proper utilization of AB InBev’s management system
• Develop and communicate Training Plan to close gaps and improve operational performance
• Update and analyze Skills Matrix for hourly employees to drive training decision-making
• Validate training records for all employees
• Implement and communicate updates to training materials
• Lead training classes and certification classes for all employees
• Includes the certification of new OJT and Classroom Instructors
• Lead the Learning and Development team, consisting of operators and technicians
• Coordinate monthly Plant Communication Meetings
• Act as local Subject Matter Expert on AB InBev’s management system:
• Train new employees to prepare for certification during onboarding
• Work with all departments to ensure strong management routines are maintained
• Expert and trainer on problem solving tools and methodologies
• Expert and trainer on the Acadia SOP system
• Drive routine for creating, evaluating, and updating brewery’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Lead and coordinate Strategic Planning activities for the brewery throughout each year
• Coordinate routine audits of the brewery’s utilization of AB InBev’s management system
• Validate and communicate scores released monthly for Brewery Excellence Program
• Maintain dashboards related to brewery Key Performance Indicators daily/weekly/monthly
• Submit Key Performance Indicators for Learning and Development each month
• Upload and validate self-evaluated Means scores each month to online portal
• Maintain visualization across the brewery, updating as needed
• Lead Daily/Weekly/Monthly Routine Meetings with Senior Management Team

• B.S.in Engineering, Science, Human Resource or a related degree is preferred
• 2+ years professional experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical, influence and negotiation skills
• Driven to deliver results against challenging performance indicators
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Strong leadership skills
