Job Description
- Managing new product development projects and innovation
- Providing input into improving manufacturing, oven fresh, and cake finishing processes
- Developing a budget, product costing, and monitoring its performance
- Developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures, and technical work for the industry.
- Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the technical work of the R&D Department.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence under R&D
- Keeping up to date with relevant technical developments in the industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Food Technology (Industrial) or Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 7-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven experience in Product Development in the food industry
- Must have an available work and/or design portfolio
- Knowladge on pastry and cake products is must.
