Job Description
Clairmont is looking for HR & Admin Head to join our HR & Admin Team.
This is a great opportunity to advance your career in Human Resources in a real estate setting. As the HR & Admin Head, your main tasks include the following:
- Recruiting;
- Onboarding;
- Training and Development;
- Performance Management;
- Handling Admin tasks including supervision of admin personnel and managing legal cases;
We are looking for a people person who can communicate, influence and identify how to perform the above functions in unique business situations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience in Organization Development is preferred.
