- Primarily responsible for managing the overall operations of the Receivables and Collection Management Unit (RCMU) in the following key results area:
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Credit Management
- Collection Management
- Sets collection targets and key performance indicators for RCMU.
- Ensures profitable management of acquired assets.
- Ensures policies, control and security measures are followed and observed.
- Reviews and recommends modification/addition for existing policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensures proper records management.
- Ensures that proper customer relations are observed by the officers and staff and inquiries or complaints are immediately attended to and resolved to the satisfaction of clients.
- Ensures timely, complete and accurate reporting of Credit and Collection Reports to the Board of Directors.
- Builds and maintains business relationships with credit organizations, financial institutions, and other trade suppliers.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- At least 2 years of working experience in a banking/finance industry is required
