Job Description
- Performs administrative and office support activities.
- Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, encoding, and filing.
- Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
- Needs to help in the Production side as well.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be willing to work in San Juan area (near J. Ruiz LRT2 station)
- Must be willing to help out in the Production Department
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
