Job Description
- Prepares and administers pre, during, and post logistical requirements for all types of training programs conducted bank-wide
- Prepares statistical reports and analytics of on-going training programs
- Upkeeps and manages the Central Training Database and Records
- Conducts training modules as necessary
- Updates and revises training materials as directed
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business-related course, preferably with major in Human Resource Development
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Adept in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
