Job Description
- Provides support for customers and field representatives.
- Assume ownership of support cases & will follow through until the case has been closed.
- Engage in activities such as training, on-site support, product launching, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, strong data-driven
- At least 2 years experience in product support or customer service
- Critical thinking and situation analysis, knowledgeable in product promotions.
