Job Description
The Branch Business Head shall be responsible for managing the overall marketing and sales operations of the branch. He shall ensure that the bottom line targets of the branch are met. He is in-charge of:
- Marketing bank products and services.
- Establishing and maintaining good business relations with clients.
- Training and supervising the Branch Marketing Associates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong sales background, preferably gained from a bank.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do field work and travel extensively.
- With valid driver's license.
- Adept in the local dialect.
