Job Description
The Business Process Management Officer is primarily responsible for evaluating, defining, documenting & maintaining business processes of the different functional areas of the Bank. Helps in the new implementation of the new projects of the Bank.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Industrial Engineering graduate or any four (4) year business course.
- Should have at least 1 year supervisory experience with scrum agile methodology experience.
- Background in business process re-engineering. Project Management experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good inter-personal skills, problem solving & decision making abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
