Job Description
The Central Processing Services (CPS) Team Leader is accountable and responsible for recommending and/or approving loans based on the parameters set by the Bank. S/he oversees the performance of the CPS Specialists under him/her. S/he ensures compliance to regulations set by the Bank and other regulatory agencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate any 4-year business course, Accountancy or any business-related course
- Knowledgeable in window based program such a word excel and powerpoint
- Can handle pressure customer complaints smart worker, team leader
