The Consumer Affairs Associate is primarily accountable for consumer protection requirements in reference to compliants, inquiries, questions, and clarifications which are received through the different channels available to the customers. She performs excellent customer service to all clients according to the established corporate standards and implements company policies and procedures within the assigned areas. She assists the Consumer Affairs Head in other functions such as preparation of reports, monitoring and review of consumer protection implementation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- At least 1 year experience in Consumer Affairs/Customer Service;
- With good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
