Job Description
The Management Trainee is accountable and responsible for gaining the necessary experience and knowledge required to perform managerial duties in the shortest time possible. He/She is also responsible for working alongside team leaders / managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. They will eventually be assigned to a specific role within the organization.
- Work with other managers to plan and help to direct tasks assigned to him.
- Help set policies.
- Receive classroom instruction & structured apprenticeship in subjects related to their rotational experience.
- Work in different departments to gain perspective, including sales & marketing, support groups and branch operations.
- Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a fresh graduate of a top university in the Philippines;
- Should have Latin honor or have handled a leadership role in school organizations;
- Courses: BS Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Physics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management Information System, Information Technology, or any related field;
- Willing to travel;
- Work base will Cebu City.
