eTravel Reservation Agent  

• ​​Handle bookings for tours, activities, attractions, things to do and transportation, in more than 400 destinations worldwide.
• Handle confirmation of services from local supplier.
• Take bookings by Email, chat and phone.
• Do outbound follow-up calls to suppliers and customers
• Assist customers in reservations and inquiries through email and phone
• Convert inquiries into bookings and manage requests from customers

Priority will be given to applicants with background in handling travel / hospitality accounts in a BPO / Call Center environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, we accept undergraduate.
• Single
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working experience in a travel - reservations, tours, airport transfers – account in a BPO / call center company / sales would be an advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to work night / graveyard shift, shifting schedules, weekends
• Must be ready to start within the month
• Internet savvy & with basic/advanced computer literacy
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
